These days looking for a property had been really hard, there a really low availability and houses are just gone when it is just announced on the website, Calum from Thomas Morris was the only agent that actually gave me some attention, heard about my difficulties and even called me back to arrange everything, the view, the process, to explain how the land lord would choose the tenant, he was always available and when not possible to speak he called back later on. I can guarantee that after 1 month looking for a house Calum was the only agent the actually called me while any other from other agencies were just waiting the faster person to pay the deposit and get the deal for the house.
