Robert Arnold and his team at the Royston branch of Thomas Morris are nothing short of excellent. Robert Arnold in particular, went above and beyond his duty as our estate agent. My wife and I honestly cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. After having spent several months with two agents who we weren’t happy with and one in particular who didn’t communicate with us at all, they were a breath of fresh air. They sold our property swiftly with a good stream of realistic prospective buyers. From start to finish our experience with them has been a positive one. We cannot recommend them enough!

Within three weeks, we had put in an application for a beautiful house, got accepted and moved in! Thomas Morris were professional and efficient throughout the whole process and I can't recommend them enough. Jacqueline dealt with the reference process and all queries that I had and she was so helpful and thorough. We received a lengthy and detailed inventory the day before we moved in, the fire alarms were checked upon collecting keys and we received an information booklet. Thomas Morris could not have helped me any better. With other organisations closed due to the COVID pandemic they continued to help me relocate despite the obvious lockdown restrictions. My circumstances were such that I was forced to move due to being a key worker in order to limit exposure to more vulnerable family. Thomas Morris' staff worked tirelessly to prioritise my move and push for more leeway for key workers unable to stay with those in isolation.
