We possibly had one of the most unique experiences with our purchase and the issues which came with it - so much so that the offer was put in last August and we are just completing. Due to the complexity of the sale, there were many different parties involved which made it ever-more confusing as first-time buyers. The service we have received from Jemma (Sales progressor) is unmatched, she worked tirelessly to get this over the line and was responsive, professional, hard working and very approachable. I hope Thomas Morris realise that Jemma is a great asset to their team. Even after the last year, I would recommend TM purely down to the standard that Jemma sets in her work.
