We’ve recently sold through Thomas Morris and used their conveyancing services and I would 100% recommend. The whole process was just dealt with by efficient, understanding and competent people which is a rarity these days! They communicate, are friendly and will do what they say they will do, what more can you ask for! Dan was incredibly informative during the valuation process and having had three agencies attend in total, it was a no brainier going with TM because Dan spoke sense, knew the market and didn’t speak a load of fland jargon. I was also able to see that statistically they were top performing in the local area. Justyna was fantastic at arranging our mortgage and was just so efficient and super knowledgable and worth every penny hands down. We mainly dealt with Alex & Becky who were both fantastic, and chased the chain and dragged it over the line after the bottom of the chain were dragging their heels. Becky really did go above and beyond at the end, and she chased all elements of the chain relentlessly without complaint. Katy was also very helpful negotiating the offer during the early stages.
