In House have been exemplary in the sale of our property. Charlie’s advice on pricing was spot on. The photography was excellent and having gone on the market in early December, the house was sold on 11th January. They kept us informed throughout and all the staff were aware of what was happening when we had a query. The whole process was very smooth and we can’t thank them enough. Would thoroughly recommend. Would highly recommend InHouse, more specifically Guy who has just got us in to our new home. We were first time buyers so didn't know the process too well. But Guy was always on hand and knowledgeable. Would never miss a phone call or not respond to an email. He is a huge asset to the business. If we move in the future we will use again!
