We have just exchanged contracts on a bungalow sold by Thomas Morris and they were always really helpful. They actually got back to us when they said they would. Alison has been amazing chasing things up and getting all the answers we needed. The other staff we dealt with were also helpful. There were a couple of hiccups which they sorted. The only thing I would say is that maybe extend the evening viewings hours. With my husband working we found it difficult to view during the week.

Justyna in the St Ives office is worth her weight in gold. All the way through our first house purchase she has been quick to respond to our queries, provided reassurance, explained everything clearly, and on top of that was professional, friendly and personable. Whilst there were a few hurdles along the way, Alison from the sales progression team was incredible. She was always on top of things and provided the necessary updates and support, which made a big difference… Not to dismiss the lads - Alex, Barney, Lewis and Dan were all so personable, never once making us feel like a nuisance, even when we had questions (& we had lots)!
