Great service and help from the staff, they regularly call to check and are generally very flexible when it comes to booking in training sessions and helping with any queries. Switched over from another CRM provider whom we were working with for more than 15 years. We find GNB very professional and easy to use. We had great help from the onboarding team and support team specially Meena our account manager provided great help throughout the switching process. I have been using GNB for many years now in my Sales Based Estate Agency. Having been in agency for over 45 years I come from an age before even Fax Machines! Prior to GNB I use two other systems and one got purchased by a major portal who them tripled the price and reduced the service! (No surprise there!) The other was cheap and basic and I soon realised I would have been better off going back pen and paper.
