Thank you for an amazing service. Claire is a very friendly, honest, professional and approachable person - which was the kind of person I wanted to sell my house. During the first visit Claire provided a valuation that was well researched, as well as providing some very useful advice that helped me showcase the house at it’s best once on the market. I don't believe I could have sold the house any quicker with an another estate agent - and all at a very competitive price. Claire handled all viewings as I was not able to do so myself, and provided feedback after each visit. The sale hit a few delays further down the chain and, again, Claire communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me up to date with any developments. Thanks again Claire! I’ll definitely be recommending you to my friends and family if they are buying or selling in the future 😊
