We recently used Northwood and the experience was wonderful. A special thanks to Callum who has been extremely thoughtful, responsive, patient, reliable and flexible during the whole process. It is particularly appreciated given our situation where our purchase fell through and we had to find a rental property in a short space of time. We also want to extend our appreciation of the support that Elizabeth has provided to us. She was extremely helpful in providing information relating to setting up utilities accounts and council tax. Moving house is a big deal and thanks to Callum and Elizabeth, our moving experience could not been smoother. Thank you all!
