Great Service from Northwood St Albans and a special shout out to Clare. Throughout our tenancy, she`s been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I encountered any maintenance issues in the property. Whenever I reported a problem, Clare acted quickly to address it, minimizing any disruption to our daily life.

My fence panel was blew by bad windstorm last month and need to get new concrete post as well as it was broken. I contacted North wood through email and within less than half an hour got reply from Chanel with contractor appointment to survey. Fences was fixed in the following week. So happy to deal with Chanel who act fast and understands better the needs of tenant.

Essy has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish! It’s no secret that moving can be a stressful experience but he has made it as easy as it possibly could be. From initially showing me around the property, he has been efficient with replying to queries and keeping in contact about updates. I would highly recommend Northwood and I thank Essy for all of his help and support throughout the whole moving process.
