Renting in St Albans is not always the best experience. However, Callum has done an amazing job moving me in and is a real credit to the team at Northwood. He answered all my questions, and even made sure I was updated throughout the whole process, which not all agents do! Well done.

We had a very good experience with Northwood when renting a house in the UK after a long absence abroad. Things had changed considerably over this time, so we are thankful for them being patient with us, and for the quick onboarding process. Callum was efficient and ensured we could move in soon, even though our reference checks required more due diligence (understandable), but things moved quickly and we were able move in within a few days leaving a very expensive airbnb behind! There were a few lingering contractual issues, but we are glad the misunderstandings were resolved eventually. Elizabeth was also very supportive, highly courteous, knowledgeable and quickly helped us resolve any administrative issues. We would like to thank the team at Northwood for their hard work, highly recommended 👍
