The whole process from valuation, finding a suitable buyer to exchange and completion was all handled very professionally by the whole team at Ashtons St Albans. A special thanks to both Alix and to Essy for keeping us informed, handling the viewings and for making the process easy. From the moment we met Alex White in valuing our house I immediately felt very confident in awarding our business to Ashtons. As the process developed he was constantly in touch informing us of developments and arranging an open day within 10 days of photos being taken. We have just exchanged on our house sale with Ashton’s and I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received. Alex White did the initial consultation and his sensitivity and knowledge about the local market was key in helping us decide who to choose to sell the house.
The process and options were laid out and explained well, the brochures and marketing were excellent. Once we had a buyer ( 3 days!) Willow the sales coordinator then led us step by step through the next few weeks, gently keeping things on track and carefully navigating the many levels of buyers in the chain.
It’s never easy selling a house, but I can honestly say, the team at Ashtons made the whole process of selling a very good experience.
