Very professional. I got frustrated trying to find a suitable rental in St Albans due to the shortage of decent 2 bed rentals this summer and the bidding wars that were taking place. Theses agent did not play me off against other prospective viewers or force me increase on the asking price to secure a property. All expression of interest put to the landlord and landlord's choice based on what was on paper without been put off by my name and the fact i was a single mother which was my experience from a couple of St Albans landlords and agents. I've looked at several houses in St Albans and registered with 6 different Estate Agents. Ashtons are by far the best Estate Agents in the town, I can't recommend them highly enough! They always extremely friendly, very professional and respond to all queries immediately. The agents showing us around the houses are extremely knowledgeable and come prepared with notes to answer any questions that you have. The houses are also priced sensibly compared to other agents. I will definitely be choosing Ashtons to list my property when I come to selling my house!

Just bought our first home with Ashton’s and they have been fantastic at every part of the process. The whole team have been friendly and helpful from booking the viewing to collecting the keys when we completed. Louise, the sales progressor, was highly motivated and organised. She was always chasing both sets of solicitors and I’m sure the sale went through quicker because of her hard work. She also gave us regular updates by phone and always advised us as to when we could expect the next update, so we never felt that nothing was happening in between updates. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a property through Ashton’s again in the future.
