Recently sold our house and bought another, both through Ashton's St Albans. We have been really impressed with the professionalism and excellent communication throughout. Initially we were unsure which agent to choose, especially as Frosts gave us a higher valuation, but it seems Frost's tactic is to overvalue to get your business and then reduce the price after a few weeks. This has happened to our friends and we've seen lots of other Frosts properties do the same thing. Special thanks to Liam, Richard and Louise for their hard work.
