Ashtons St Albans

Ashtons have provided excellent support from start to finish (thank you Coralie, Verity and Kay). Communication was timely, precise and informative. They pushed all parties involved (solicitors, developer, etc) to get to closure, investigated and reported back on any query I had, and provided an excellent customer experience.

Wonderful service and excellent professional friendly and helpful staff. Made the whole process easy and stress free.

Brett and Alix in St Albans were so amazing when I needed information on renting or selling my property. They came round to the property very quick and followed up on the same day with lots of information and options. They were so lovely and I would not trust any other estate agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashtons during the early stages of purchasing a property, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to assist me throughout the negotiation process.

Thank you to Alex White and the Ashton’s team for finding me a buyer for my flat. Communication has been excellent and I look forward to a successful completion within the next few weeks.

Mariana and Brett at Ashtons were great throughout the rental process and Amy and Louise have continued to provide support promptly and effectively since we moved in. We needed a short term let in a hurry and the whole process was pushed through efficiently. Thanks!

Initial valuation visit with Alix Lucas was very good, informative and good knowledge of the area. Andrew Gibbons helpful and quick to update on progress of house sale. Have used Ashtons a couple of times would recommend, team very friendly.

Really pleased with our selling and buying experience with Ashtons. Sandy Gorton in particular has been a pleasure to deal with - clear communication, honest and hard working. Would recommend.

Very satisfied with ashtons from the start. Very professional. Always reachable when needed and ready to help. Would definitely recommend

Brett and Mariana have been a really competent pair of hands, always on hand to help with our letting questions as well as a brilliant approach to dealing with tenant relationships. Backed up by years in the business and local first hand knowledge, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
