Overall, great experience with Ashtons in St Albans and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate / letting agents. A special mention to Brett, who was extremely helpful during our viewings. Brett went above and beyond in providing us all the details of the property including info of the local area / amenities etc. His helpful, professional and personable approach made the whole experience very efficient and gave us clear direction when making our final decision. Thank you, Brett! Also, thanks to Lauren and Charlotte for their support throughout the tenancy application process, esp. for keeping us updated and helping to move things forward…despite a little hold up towards the end.
