Ashtons kept me up-to-date with all viewings and feedback on visits to my flat. Chloe was particularly pro-active and a great source information as to what would happen next. She has a thorough, realistic understanding of the process and what should happen when. She communicates well and passes on news - good and bad - calmly and clearly. All the staff were professional but friendly and listened properly throughout. They are experienced and unflappable in all that they do.
