Opening in July 2019, Parkers in Spencers Wood is an independently owned franchise serving Spencers Wood, Three Mile Cross, Shinfield, Arborfield, Risely, Swallowfield, Grazeley, Farley Hill and Eversley areas. Our management team consists of the four local industry experts, Sion, Ben, Dale and Bruce who have over 110 years of combined estate agency experience. Working directly in the office is Ben Mitchell and Dale Kempson both of them are business owners. Dale has lived in the village of Spencers Wood for over 30 years, and has a wealth of experience in property sales. He has been working as an estate agent within the Reading and surrounding areas for over 40 years. Alongside Dale is Ben Mitchell who brings another 20+ years' experience in both sales and lettings. Ben grew up in Arborfield and knows the entire area intimately, having been a local estate agent in the area since 1998. Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings, property management, as well as financial services via our independent mortgage advisors. The office is located on the Basingstoke Road in Spencers Wood, allowing us to be within easy reach of all the local villages we serve.
