Thank you to the team at Parkers. We agreed what we thought was a realistic sale price and Parkers kindly reduced their commission. Once instructed, Parkers set up a what'sapp group to keep us posted and arranged numerous viewings within hours and our house sold for more than the asking price, in less than 24 hours. We dealt mostly with Dale as we approached exchange, and due to issues at the top of the chain, out of Dale's control, he was proactive, keeping things moving and very reassuring and sympathetic during what became a protracted 3 weeks reaching exchange.
