We recently sold a property with Parker’s - Spencer’s Wood and they were brilliant from the start and throughout. At what was a tough time to sell, they remained professional and kept us positive with regular communication and updates. When we sold the process was smooth and the contact we received couldn’t be faulted, we always knew what was going on, and never had to ask questions, they were always pre-empted. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Parker’s again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Estate Agents - they're all the same right, doesn't matter who you choose, it's all about rightmove anyway. That is kind of what I thought. I went with a different agent to begin with and can definitely now say that they are not the same! After 16 unsuccessful weeks with one we switched to Parkers and sold in approx 3 weeks, but its not even the quicker sale time that convinced me, after all that could just be luck! I just found Parkers to be so much better overall. The pictures were better, they were more proactive, they made more suggestions, I never had to chase for feedback on viewings, they were always contactable, more reliable viewings with no no-shows, they were way more organised and personal. I was their customer and was treated as such, I couldn't always say the same for the other agent. As it turned out I also bought the house we moved to through Spencers Wood Parkers so got to see both the selling and buying side of the business. Again I couldn't fault them. They provided invaluable advice, were very supportive and, for me, most importantly of all they were ALWAYS available. Not once was the phone left un-answered. I was constantly updated on progress and had valuable help and support where required. I got the impression of a close knit and knowledgeable team and have no hesitation in recommending them.

As far as Estate agents go we were pleased to have selected Parkers, Spencer's Wood. They were straight forward to work with, very knowledgeable about our area and the house prices. Dale and the team were professional, highly communicative, on top of the move at every point and super easy to work with. They sold our house in 3 weeks which was brilliant and they were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Parker’s in Spencer’s Wood highly enough; the team did a brilliant job with our move. The photographs and tour were very high quality and the viewings smooth and professional. Dale was particularly helpful and worked very hard indeed to progress our sale and we are so grateful to him. They earned every penny of their fee and I’m not sure how we would have done it without them!
