You valued my property, conducted some viewings and we agreed on a sale price in August 2022. I didn't hear a peep from you until the completion date in February 2023, presumably because you wanted paying your ??2,400, which incidentally was more than my solicitor's costs. I would have thought you would have chased solicitors etc but you didn't.
