Northwood had the advantage that if my house didn't sell, they could also act as letting agents for my property instead. They were easy to deal with, very competitive on their fee, provided good communication and the sale went through with no problems. Did excellent photos for the marketing and acted professionally from start to finish on the sale of our house. Tom was particularly excellent and covered every aspect of the sales process, not only on this sale but also on the sale of my mother's bungalow. An extremely personable, professional estate agent who maintained excellent communications with all parties involved. Tom should be recognised as a 'full blood' Estate Agent as he is way more than just an 'administrator'.
