To write a review on them doing their jobs ???as expected??? would just be silly. There are two kinds of reviews, both of which should include something exceptional where one is that you???d not mind repeating the same and the other would mean that you are out of your mind to allow it to happen again or wish anyone else endure the experience. Tom and Anita run the Southport Branch of Northwood. They sold our house and the transaction was a great deal, not just for me, but for the buyer also. We felt right. It takes exceptional skills to identify the needs of both the seller and the buyer and with any enormous decision such as selling my house, I wanted good feelings after making it and I got that. I would highly recommend Northwood estate agents Southport office. They were competitively priced. Did excellent photos for the marketing and acted professionally from start to finish on the sale of our house. Tom was particularly excellent and covered every aspect of the sales process, not only on this sale but also on the sale of my mother's bungalow. An extremely personable, professional estate agent who maintained excellent communications with all parties involved. Tom should be recognised as a 'full blood' Estate Agent as he is way more than just an 'administrator'.
