Martyn Gerrard

Excellent agent

We are really pleased with our experience with Billy Thomas (Martyn Gerrard, Southgate branch). As first-time buyers (and coming from a different country) buying a house in London seemed very overwhelming. But Billy has made everything extremely easy! We made an offer for a flat at the end on January and not much more that a month later we have exchanged contracts with the seller. Throughout all the buying process he has been very professional, patient and responsive, and has made everything run smoothly. He also recommended us a very good solicitor (Paul Yiannakas, YVA solicitors) and mortgage advisor (Emily Jackson, Mortgage Advice Bureau). They have been a great, coordinated, and efficient team. Thank you!
