Martyn Gerrard

Sale of Home

I gave Joe the task of selling my property within a reasonable length of time. Within 3 days Joe had managed to find the perfect buyer and the exchange was concluded within 5 weeks of accepting the offer. Joe and the team at Martyn Gerrard (Southgate Branch) kept me fully informed at all times regarding the developments and assisted in moving the proceedings along without incident, so that the whole process was seamless and without stress. I would highly recommend using Joe and the team at Martyn Gerrard for any future property sales. Well done and thank you Joe and all the team.
