Very happy with my experience!

I've just completed on a property through Martyn Gerrard. I liaised with Ross White and Lukas Macris. I'd like to thank them both very much for their close involvement during the whole process. They kept me very much up to date each step of the way, happily answered all of my queries and made the whole process practically pain free for me. Throughout the process, my calls were always returned and responses to my queries were very promptly answered after speaking with the seller/seller's solicitor. Ross was very aware that the seller and I wanted to complete before Christmas and so he ensured each party, including the solicitors, were doing the necessary to meet this deadline - I could not be more grateful for this! In conclusion, I am very happy with their service and their professional and personable manner. Thank you again!
