An unexpectedly good experience!

It sounds like I'm being paid to say this but I really have been very impressed with how the Southgate office has managed my sale. There were a few buyer hiccups (in other words, not the agents or my fault) but I was kept constantly in touch with events as they happened. I never had to chase Ross or Lucas for information - they were on the ball the whole time - chasing solicitors, the buyer, me! I have dealt with property sales before and this was an unexpectedly good experience. I got my asking price, the agency fee was reasonable - I've got no complaints at all. Thank you very much.
