I have been with them for a while now (they took over the local Chandlers Ford agency of Jonathan Rees with whom I had a trouble free 10 year or more relationship renting two properties). I was not so happy with the cost increases after the take over. Megan Ward always very responsive and helpful on the rare occasion we have issues with our tenants.
