Good shop but the speed bump into the car park feels like it gives me whiplash every time this needs to be fixed.

No staff to be found and when I eventually found one they were so rude and unhelpful. Queue at customer service was huge and needed more staff.

I’ve used this branch of Sainsburys occasionally over the last few years. I would use it more often if I didn’t find it so frustrating! The issues I have with this branch are (1) difficulty in finding what I want. I don’t have the same problem in other supermarkets/branches but, for some reason, I often struggle to find what I want in this branch. (2) Often doesn’t have the goods I am looking for (nothing particularly exotic; recent examples are rubber gloves (in size “L”) and cardamom pods). (3) Arrangement of goods on shelves is often untidy and haphazard. (4) Often find prices are not shown on shelves or are positioned ambiguously (so it is not immediately clear which product/size the price refers to. UPDATE (November 2023). Over the past few months I've noticed that half of this superstore is shrouded in near darkness during the evening. Seriously! I kid you not! The overhead lights aren't on in about half of the floorspace of this branch in the evening - and this has been the case for several months - at least! Are they turned off in some sort of misguided attempt to appear eco-friendly or is it just sheer incompetence/dissinterest on the part of Sainsbury's management? Here's a thought for you, Sainsbury' if I am going to have to use the flashlight function on my mobile phone to read the full details of price labels (as I did this evening) then there is very little prospect of me continuing to use this branch! The fact that they are doing this may even be a contravention of the Sale of Goods Act (which requires, among many other things, that price labelling is clear and easily comprehensible). That, surely must include providing adequate lighting so that price labels can be read!

They ask for ID for a 0% alcohol drink!Not to mention I'm 24 yrs of age but it's really nonsense if it is actually no alcohol in it what the hell is that about? Make you question their product as well as the shop itself

No way of phoning the store. The phone number provided is an automated system that inevitably takes you round the houses and when it does try to connect you, no one answers.

I like the store.
