Overpriced and for old people

Nothing special about this Sainsbury store. It could do with a few more checkouts as they are constantly busy and the parking can tend to be full at peak times. More self service tills now which is a good thing.

Order if importance 1Health and safety. Mainly satisfactory.. A few staff members mainly aged 17 to 20 are not quite as careful regarding stacking fruit/veg perishables and in haste do not maintain safe pathways when discarding cardboard boxes during stacking procedures 2 Recent management decisions to reduce the staffed tills lean heavily to wage priority rather than consideration of elderly or less able customers who want to enjoy a "people friendly" and less stressful CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. 3 STAFF OVERALL ARE VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PRODUCT LOCATIONS AND WILL SEEK ADVICE FROM MANAGERS ON ISSUES WHICH NEED CLARIFICATION. SO A COUPLE OF POINTS THAT CAN BE TWEEKED ACROSS THIS STORE.
