I heard from so many time a lady accept order and doesn’t complete it . Today I was waited for half an hour and she just doing I don’t what and waisting times of the rider. Please give her another duty. She can’t do this. It’s my humble request and including hundreds of other drivers

Disgraceful response from Sainsbury’s in portswood ,my partner done the shopping and on leaving the shop was approached by an Asian security staff member who when she asked did he want to check the receipt even though the alarm hadn’t gone off proceeded to intimidate her and laugh and very weirdly say that he had watched her for weeks and knows she goes in there every week ,when she then asked if he had a problem he just laughed and said I’m going to stop you every week as I can see it makes you uncomfortable ,she then after feeling very scared left and reported the incident ,this took 3 attempts before it even got acknowledged ,she spoke to the manager who asked her to go in this week and do her shopping but make herself known to customer services on arrival ,she did this and nobody knew anything about it ,she then asked for the duty manager to be called to the desk ,was then quizzed by the customer services attendant ,in the meantime it’s took 10minutes and during that time the reported security guard spots my partner and circles get a few times ,when the customer services asks again for the duty manager he then approaches the customer services and starts talking to her and laughing whilst sneering at my partner ,after which he walked off and my partner was told in a very bad attitude ….he was just doing his job last week !!,the duty manager attended and my partner left .never to return to any Sainsbury’s again ,from this we have reported the 2 incidents to the police and the local echo has been approached as we are interested in knowing if anybody else has experienced this ,if anybody has please report it as this can’t be allowed to continue ,it’s intimidation and today he had no reason to leave his post to come near my partner as she was at customer services and had no shopping so clearly is a very strange individual

Racist staff member called Tanya - Extremely rude and discriminatory I witnessed a staff member called Tanya avoid a young Black Muslim man asking for help in the store, she then proceeded to pull some very inappropriate and horrible faces at the poor young man. After a while when I was checking out, I noticed he was going to the check out and she ran ahead of him to shut the check out desk that he was going to - which is something I have never seen before and was quite frankly absurd and clearly discriminatory. I didn't hear what she was saying to him and the exchange, but I could see that she was then exhibiting some very unkind and unprofessional behaviour, which was racially charged and also based on his religion.

Got rid of the Polish kefir so they can push their overpriced biotiful brand whose profit margins skyrocket higher. Now I get my healthy Yogurt from international foods where its half the price!

I bought organic dates. Unfortunately, when I opened one of them to remove the seed, I found that the inside was full of black fungus, possibly aflatoxin. I am very disappointed by the poor quality control
