Having dealt with a much bigger Estate Agent before using Let’s Rent Southampton we can appreciate a huge difference. Their standard is very high & we have never had a complaint. Cant thank Barney and Mandy for all their hard work over the past year. They both went above and beyond helping us sell our property, which I hasten to add sold fairly quickly. It was the purchasing that was difficult for us but they continued to help and support us. We cant thank them enough. Would highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Barney handled our sale, which turned out to be quite a protracted affair, despite the sale being secured the day the property was listed. The solicitors on both sides made life difficult by failing to communicate well, repeatedly asking for answers to questions already answered and generally taking far too long to complete their part of the transaction. Barney kept in touch, keeping us up to date, chasing the solicitors and generally working hard to get the early completion date that both we and our purchaser were looking for. I can highly recommend Lets Rent Southampton
