Let's Rent Southampton managed my property for over 6 years, whilst I worked away overseas from the UK. During this time they always looked after me and my property with a level of service, care and attention that has been truly outstanding. I have felt that John Sibbons has always looked after my home as if it were his own. I was always consulted before being met with any unexpected bills or expenditures, provided with a full set of accounts each year to submit to HMRC, and I had the confidence and trust in the Tenants that were selected by John to rent my home. John would take the time call me, to offer his professional advice on any issues that arose, often providing a solution at the same time. Let's Rent Southampton took away any worries that I might have had, allowing me to focus on my work and life, they delivered peace of mind and a security that my property rental was in safe hands. This year when I came to sell my home I had no doubts that having received such good service over the years that I could trust them to sell my proprty. Mandy was fantastic from start to finish and again represented my interests throughout the process. I have used Let's Rent twice now in order to advertise/ rent my property. They have always been very prompt and clear with all the arrangements/ communication with very minimal input from myself (which is extremely useful as I work full time). A very stress free experience and a company I will use again in the future without doubt.

I've used Barney and the team at lets rent to rent my house out for 10 years or so. Their service has always been excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent.
