Barney handled our sale, which turned out to be quite a protracted affair, despite the sale being secured the day the property was listed. The solicitors on both sides made life difficult by failing to communicate well, repeatedly asking for answers to questions already answered and generally taking far too long to complete their part of the transaction. Barney kept in touch, keeping us up to date, chasing the solicitors and generally working hard to get the early completion date that both we and our purchaser were looking for.
