What a satisfying experience. Given that Move Revolution offered rates that were hard to beat we took the plunge and changed agents. They delivered on all their promises and found a worthy tenant within a 2 week time frame meaning that the flat was only empty for a week between tenants. Hannah is "tuned in" and on the ball and goes beyond the call of duty to help. 7 day opening is extremely convenient. We are so pleased with their services that we are in process of transferring other properties over. It's refreshing to find an agent that offers competitive rates and delivers!

Great customer service - completely hassle free

Hannah was a joy to work with. Its been a while since I have rented and had very little time to get somewhere sorted and even less time to view and do the paperwork. Hannah and Move Revolution were really slick and went the extra mile, like agreeing access a day early and backdating the inventory sing-off by a week to give me time to move in. Very happy with how Move Revolution and particularly Sue Peyton handled our purchase. I found her to be knowledgeable, polite and pro active which is quite refreshing to see. from an estate agent. Like any purchase, tensions arose but Sue handled these extremely well. and displayed a lot of balance, and managed expectations nicely.

We spoke to her more than the estate agent selling our house, as we knew she was always on top of things, and would get things done. Efficient, fast and friendly!

Hannah helped our family move into our rented accommodation at very short notice (within 10 days of finding the accommodation). Hannah was always contactable (and replied to our calls and emails immediately), very personable and extremely efficient in getting all the paper work done in such short notice. When there were minor issues with house she sorted them quickly and always found solutions to problems. Renting could have been a very stressful process, but Hannah made it extremely easy. I would recommend Hannah whole heartedly.
