Professional yet approachable and very reassuring.

Selling our house was a big decision for us, it's a house full of lovely memories of children growing up and of our grandchildren and other family feeling equally as at home here. Zac understood that, he seemed to intuitively know what an important decision this was for us and made the whole process so easy. I initially had in mind another estate agent to sell our house - and then Zac walked through the door and within two minutes I knew he was the right agent for us. I have emailed and text him with any query and always had an instant reply - even on his days off (my apologies for that Zac.) I have recommended him and Move Revolution endlessly to friends and colleagues, I listen to them tell me their tales of woe around their experiences selling /buying houses and feel quite smug that we made the right choice! We intend to stay In our new house for some years yet but we will certainly be in touch with you should we decide to sell up sometime in the future.....thank you Move Revolution but a special thank you goes to Zac for making the beginning of this stressful procedure a little less stressful!

Very pleased with the service

I cannot fault the service I received from Both Hannah And Alice at move revolution in dealing with my recent letting. They were extremely polite and well informed. I was kept informed at all stages of my letting process and would highly recommend using move revolution if you are looking for a property to rent Wayne lemon

Zac

We are currently in the process of buying a house through Move Revolution - Zac has been absolutely fantastic! He has no pushy 'sales pitch' and allowed us to spend as long as we wanted looking around the property, but was also able to answer any questions we had and provided us with a lot of information about the property, it's history and potential, The sales process is progressing smoothly, thanks in no small part to Zac's efficiency and professionalism - he has kept us all informed at all times and has been available to discuss any concerns whenever we've needed to. I would recommend Zac to anyone moving in the Nutfield area!

A new experience

I have recently been introduced to Hannah and I was pleasantly surprised how effective her working ethos came across. I have worked with many Estate Agents in my time and this was a whole new unique experience for me. Hannah knew how anxious I was in letting go of a property I have had for many years and with her attentiveness ,expertise and professionalism not only did she reassure me through her confidence and experience, she made me feel comforted and secure about my decisions. I will always recommend Hannah to anyone who is looking to rent their property.

First Class service from an agent that delivers!

What a satisfying experience. Given that Move Revolution offered rates that were hard to beat we took the plunge and changed agents. They delivered on all their promises and found a worthy tenant within a 2 week time frame meaning that the flat was only empty for a week between tenants. Hannah is "tuned in" and on the ball and goes beyond the call of duty to help. 7 day opening is extremely convenient. We are so pleased with their services that we are in process of transferring other properties over. It's refreshing to find an agent that offers competitive rates and delivers!

Great customer service - completely hassle free

Hannah was a joy to work with. Its been a while since I have rented and had very little time to get somewhere sorted and even less time to view and do the paperwork. Hannah and Move Revolution were really slick and went the extra mile, like agreeing access a day early and backdating the inventory sing-off by a week to give me time to move in. This flexibility made the process much easier for me Well done!

purchase thropugh Move Revolution

Very happy with how Move Revolution and particularly Sue Peyton handled our purchase. I found her to be knowledgeable, polite and pro active which is quite refreshing to see. from an estate agent. Like any purchase, tensions arose but Sue handled these extremely well. and displayed a lot of balance, and managed expectations nicely.
