Best letting agent I have ever worked with

Hannah is friendly, efficient and quite frankly amazing at her job. She continually went beyond the call of duty when letting my flat, helping with deliveries, investigating a leak and even picking up keys from London. The whole letting process with Hannah was transparent and stress free because of her hard work and clear enthusiasm. Communicative and helpful

Hannah has worked to get our property let while we have been getting ready for an overseas move. Of all the agents we considered, Hannah took most time to explain the process and our responsibilities. She has also taken the burden off us as much as possible with admin, arrangements etc. The let hasn't been totally smooth but Hannah was honest and open at every stage and provided regular updates. So far, we're really pleased we chose Hannah.

Excellent professional and attentive service

We asked Hannah to find us two tenants for two of our flats. This was a difficult time of year over the Christmas holiday and both properties were in need of refurbishment as previous tenants had left both properties in a very sad condition. Hannah quickly found us two excellent tenants and explained to each incoming tenant the repairs that were going to be carried out. We were very impressed with the detailed attentive service Hannah gave us under far from ideal conditions. We have no hesitation in recommending her or using her again.

Extremely helpful and friendly

This was my first time moving flat in 4 and a half years so naturally there was a lot to do. Hannah was incredibly helpful in regards to clarifying questions quickly and doing anything she could to help make the move quicker and easier. I was particularly impressed with the thoroughness with which she undertook various tasks such as asking questions of the landlord and carrying out the inventory.
