5* Service from start to finish!

From start to finish I honestly couldn't fault Move Revolution! From the moment we requested to view a couple of properties, Damien was in touch instantly to get things booked in. He booked the viewings in to suit us and nothing was a problem. Once our offer got accepted we were passed over to Sue who would now be looking after us. I have one word to describe Sue....AMAZING!! If it wasn't for her I think I would have gone crazy. Every time I sent an email to ask a question or get an update she replied instantly. Always so helpful and I don't think we would have got to the finishing line as quickly as we did without her. She chased solicitors for us on a regular basis and was in touch all the time so we knew exactly what was going on. We were first time buyers so weren't completely familiar with certain situations etc, but she really did make everything go as smoothly as it could for us. Having dealt with a lot of agents while trying to look for a property I know there are some that are one down from useless, not Move Revolution. They are by far the best at keeping in touch with you and their customer service is 5*. When we eventually come to sell I know I will be going back to them and I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

We met Damian when we viewed a property we were interested in. We already had an agent who didn't have the same ethos in terms of customer service and wanting to build a relationship to understand what moving house meant for you. Moving house is after all one of the biggest and potentially most stressful things to do. Damian was professional., personable, knowledgeable, honest, had integrity, non-pushy, yes I am describing an estate agent.... Damian's a rare breed. Showing us round the property initially, Damien remained a great contact beyond the initial stages of buying our first house. He often followed up conversations or querys out of office hours to ensure we had all the information we needed before making a decision. Overall we have been really happy with Move Revolution and every agent we have dealt with.

Always willing to help

From Day One, Hannah has always been readily available to help us with any questions or concerns. Even after we moved in, Hannah was there helping us with our many questions as this was our first place and was always trying to help and making sure we were settled in okay. Would recommend to anyone!

Trustworthy, reliable and proactive agency

We have been really impressed and pleased with the service Sue, Paul and Ryan at Move Revolution delivered us. First of all Paul came round a gave us what we felt was the right valuation and then proceeded to get it on market with professional photos. Definitely something which I think all agents should do to showcase your home in the best way. We then had a successful open day (where our buyer went over the asking price), at which point we were passed over to Sue to manage us through the sale process. Sue was fantastic. So much experience and very proactive. Moving house can be exhausting as so many things can change even when you feel confident it will all go through. I really feel that I couldn't have had a better agent - they have great integrity and did everything they could to get the sale done. i have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so.

Zac Ship - Move Revolution

We had the pleasure of dealing with Zac, the sales manager at Move Revolution. Zac was professional at all times and was extremely helpful and informative. Although the new build houses we were interested in were all sold STC, we requested Zac to keep us updated with the status. He always kept us informed in a helpful and friendly manor and immediately contacted us when one of the plots became available again. This was perfect as we were going through a stressful time trying to find a property with a newborn baby at the same time. Zac was immediately available for any questions we had, and went above and beyond to help. We would recommend Move Revolution to anyone who requires support with buying or selling their property.
