Both properties were very different but I felt each time that I was given an honest and realistic assessment of the properties positive and slightly negative aspect. When these assessments were queried the replies were always considered and patiently given. I always felt Matthew always had my interest at heart and with the information I provided coupled with his expertise in the field, I felt we were working as a team. A reassuring feeling when dealing with assets of high value. There were the inevitable delays in the sale process - not caused by W.& G. - and I was always kept informed about these. I also evidenced the work carried out by Matthew and his colleagues in an effort to speed up the sale process on these occasions. I was pleased with the price obtained for the two properties and would not hesitate to avail of the services of Matthew and his staff if I had cause to sell a property again. A positive experience and I am very grateful for the professional attitude of the staff and for the work they carried out on my behalf.
