I've used Xact Solihull and Knowle for several years, both for renting out my property and later for selling it, and I can't fault the staff at either branch. The teams at both locations have been incredibly helpful and personable. While some other agents may charge substantially higher fees if you hunter around, I don't see how their services would justify the extra costs. Wouldn't consider waste time on alternatives. Overall, Xact Homes have provided a professional service from my initial valuation appointment to the sale completion, however special mention must go to Kiya Turbitt at their Solihull office. Kiya managed my sale with equal professionalism, she was responsive yet proactive when needed, but managed my expectations as well as the buyers extremely well, offering a positive tone throughout both in her verbal and written communications. At times reassurance was required by me as the seller, but Kiya ably and again professionally reaffirmed my trust in the sale process, despite some small challenges along the way.
