We choose Xact for a variety of reasons, mainly because a relative had used them and because of their location near our preferred search areas. From start to finish we have had excellent personal service. I liked having a principal point of contact at both the Knowle and Solihull office. I appreciated the support and assistance as the sale and purchase progressed. (we were fortunate that Xact were the agent for the whole chain). Contact was regular and when we called we always got a timely call back. Liked the marketing and the ‘Street App’. We had a realistic valuation and achieved pretty much the asking price (we also achieved the highest sale value on our Street which was nice). Overall I have no hesitation in recommending Xact. I have not mentioned names but N&K were excellent and S who did our first meeting installed us with confidence and didn’t over promise. L at Solihull was also great at the start of the sale. Xact exceeded our expectations.
