I've used Xact Solihull and Knowle for several years, both for renting out my property and later for selling it, and I can't fault the staff at either branch. The teams at both locations have been incredibly helpful and personable. While some other agents may charge substantially higher fees if you hunter around, I don't see how their services would justify the extra costs. Wouldn't consider waste time on alternatives. Thank you
