Northwood Solihull conducted regular property inspections at convenient times for us, ensuring minimal disruption. Any necessary repairs or improvements we requested were promptly addressed in a professional and timely manner. Before our departure, they provided us with all the information needed for a smooth check-out process. Their flexible check-out and key drop procedures accommodated our schedule, and we were pleased to receive our full deposit refund within a reasonable timeframe.
