Even throughout lockdown, they kept professional and prompt responses. Really recommend and felt well looked after. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. Great lettings team

If I could give 0 stars I would. So many issues that should not happen. Nothing ever gets better. Nothing has got better. Northwood Solihull have totally failed to manage my property. Checks on the state of the property and checkouts when tenants leave have been full of expensive omissions. It’s like the Director walks around with his eyes closed. They have been dishonest to tenants and myself as landlord. They said that the house would be cleaned. It was not cleaned and yet funds will have been taken off tenants. They lost my door key and this presents a serious security issue for my house. My advice for landlords and tenants is go elsewhere. It cannot be worse than here.
