After a long and complicated process, we finally completed on our house purchase and sale, and I had a fantastic experience with the whole team at Dawsons. We decided to sell our first home with Dawsons and so far they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call to the sale, everything has been such a smooth transition. Alison, who came and valued our property and explained everything in detail was fantastic. Mo, who came and took pictures, made our poster & saw to the viewings, his communication with us & everything else in between has been nothing short of very professional and pleasant. You will never find a better estate agent anywhere than Dawsons Marina branch. Gemma, Kelly, Lisa and all the team are at the top of their game always. They sold two properties for us in a few months, there were multiple legal complications but nothing could beat them. We owe them so much and are so so grateful to them for enabling us to live our best life now in West Wales

Highly recommend! Many thanks to Kelly and her team who managed to push through the sale of our leasehold flat. It was a complicated and protracted process taking 14 months in total. We accepted a full asking price offer within days of Dawsons marketing the property and luckily our buyer was very patient with the unexpected difficulties during the process (all down previous legal 'errors'). Special mention to Gemma who had the difficult and thankless task of liaising with all legal parties involved to finally get the sale over the line. We're not local to Swansea but I wish we had a Dawsons in our area as we really need their services. Thanks again, Jo & Tim.

I first made contact with Lisa Davies from Dawsons on 4 August with a budget and an idea of what I was looking for. She arranged the viewing of four properties on 6 August and my offer was accepted the same day. I subsequently dealt with Gemma and then Kelly as the sale proceeded. All three were highly professional and a pleasure to do business with. The sale went through in just two months and a few days and I have no doubt that all three were instrumental in making that happen.
