I cannot recommend Alison and the sales team at Dawsons in Sketty highly enough! From the beginning of the sales process to the finale completion, everything was undertaken with great professionalism - and that was despite the many delays and hiccups which we had along the way. Their help and support was greatly appreciated and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective seller.

I have just sold my house with Dawsons in Sketty and they were the absolute A Team from beginning to end. Alison was really helpful during the initial stages when I was thinking about getting the house on the market. Then we had Gemma who helped with getting the property measured up and listed with attention to detail in the particulars. The package included a professional photographer who made my house look incredible - I was really pleased with the outcome. Sharon was an absolute star all the way through, booking my viewings and communicating with me at each and every step. If I had any questions, she was always available to answer them and put me at ease if I had any concerns. I must also mention Christine was great in keeping me informed with updates to the listing and so on. When the viewings took place, John and Leanne obviously did a fantastic job over the two days and even managed to squeeze in some second viewings from the first day as there was a lot of interest. Both days, I found the house as I had left it - you wouldn't have known multiple viewings had taken place each time. I was also really appreciative of them taking place on two defined days instead of dotted about the week to minimise the number of times I had to tidy up. That is worth its weight in gold when you're a busy, working mum! Within the week, Sharon helped me manage an influx of offers and we eventually went to full and final offers and one was accepted. It all happened exceptionally fast with the help of the team and, having set a very competitive asking price in an unpredictable market, the property found its true value and attained well over the original list price. Once a sale was agreed, I was passed over to Selina who kept me informed every step of the way as the sale progressed. She maintained good communication between my solicitor and the buyers' solicitor and always got back to me quickly. All I can say is that this team really know how to do a great job selling houses in the Sketty area and my sale was excellently managed. Thank you :)

Excellent service from Dawson's during a recent house sale. Had Alison as our valuer- really pleased with the service I had. Leanne and Glynis also very proactive in showing the property to prospective buyers. Dawson's took calls, emails and paperwork processed promptly and always kept me in the loop.
