My personal experience of this company is not good. Tried to book appointments to view a couple of properties. Saturday and Sunday closed and they couldn't be bothered to return my message on the Monday, so I rang them. On calling, the property I really wanted to view had received an offer (so what's new currently?) and they were going to contact the vendor to see if any more viewings were taking place. I heard nothing back and they couldn't be bothered to take my details..... That's why you don't know who I am!!! I appreciate you're very busy at the moment, I wonder if you'll change your attitude when the market changes? Also, you would do well to remember there are still 'old school' buyers out there who don't rely on Antisocial Media to buy houses!

Thank you for your reply and I appreciate your reply. Unfortunately during the CV19 restrictions our office has remained closed on a weekend from April 2020 until 1st June 2021 - for safety of our team (who often meet over 100 clients on viewing & valuations during a normal 5 day week) and to limit contact and footfall. The property you wanted to view came on the market on a Friday afternoon and followed with several viewings booked immediately for the weekend. Monday morning we received multiple offers and the Vendor happily accepted an offer he was more than happy with. She then requested to stand down any further viewings, which is often the case over the last 12 months - given most clients are still wary of the CV19 restrictions and don't always want to show many clients around their property. The property wasn't actually sold through social media (as we understand most clients don't use this) - it was adversied on our website and Rightmove and was sold this way. We wish you all the success in finding a new home.

Not purchased a property with these yet,The estate agents are shocking so unprofessional, rude and ignorant we hate calling them but hopefully when we do find the perfect home fingers crossed it won’t be up for sale with these ! NOT RECOMMEND

I asked this company to remove a “to let” board at least 3 times following the let being agreed. I was shouted at, hung up on and asked to “take it up with the owner”, despite it being a leap frog board. Following assurances of its removal it still wasn’t done. Not polite, rude and unhelpful. Will not be displaying boards on the grounds of our block again. Other companies used have been respectful to other owners.

Thank you for your review Angela, however I feel it's a great shame you felt so strongly about the immediate removal of a To Let board within a building you are the Secretary to and indeed, have not been one of our clients prior. I would have liked the opportunity to clear this matter up myself & resolve your grievance, instead you have suggested I 'shouted and put the phone down on you' which as you know, is factually incorrect and very unfair. I couldn't explain to you as I wasn't allowed or able to get the chance to talk over you. Also with you not owning the property concerned, in line with GDPR and Data Protection, I was limited with information I could provide you with. Being the secretary within a block of flats, you also informed us that you had made the decision that NO other agents boards were allowed to be erected in future, not just ourselves. You said all the rest of the flats were resident occupied, however we understand that at least another 2 are tenanted, one of which also had a To Let board up at the same time. So this was untrue. Our client (the Landlord) requested a To Let board and has the right to do so having checked, as there is no clause saying otherwise. We only then heard from you asking to remove the board on the day the new occupant moved in. Since then you have threatened staff with abuse and false allegations. and having spoken to others, this is a common occurrence. This review is unfortunately highly inaccurate and our Client confirms we have been very respectful and are more than happy to confirm this.
