Sarah presented a very positive view on Leapfrog’s progressive approach towards sales services. Sarah explained clearly the benefits of the new buyers guide standard - and this convinced us of our choice in Leapfrog. The house was marketed very well … a combination of the team’s and our own efforts & additions (features). Viewings were all very positive. The buyers guide is a new feature, and it’s intended transparency did unfortunately put a few buyers off (yes, this would be a part of a normal home survey) and needs to be better explained to buyers going forward. The one offer we received was aligned to expectations and we accepted, happily. When challenged by issues surrounding the sale, Sarah was rarely available, and on giving a commitment to call us back and then later to email the buyer directly on a particular issue, she (or the team) failed to do so or convince that this was done. Whilst Leapfrog are clearly presenting themselves as ‘breaking the mould’ which is very encouraging and should be celebrated. The whole service delivery is yet to meet the expectation. Sales are important, but so is broad based satisfaction.

Initial response was very good, viewed the property the following day. The house was listed on the Wednesday, viewed on the Friday & a sale was agreed on the following Monday. One issue with the house following the survey was followed up & rectified within several days to keep the sale on track Extremely pleased with the service

I made enquiry online requesting to review property for sale and following that I received an email from them asking me to call the office if I needed to make an enquiry about the house. So I rang the office and the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me it could remain as 'For Sale' on Rightmove for eight weeks after it has been sold? Surely not

Good afternoon, thanks for your review.  However, I feel this is unjustified and wanted to explain our services more where possible.     Our standard email when we receive enquiries, does ask you to provide us with what position you are in, so that we can attain to our vendors whether you have a property to sell, sold, under offer or nothing to sell.  Quite a few properties and vendors currently only carry out viewings  for clients who are in a proceedable position and due to the amount of emails and enquiries we receive, we do send an email back asking for this.  This is standard procedure. Emails sent to you yesterday were both very courteous from my colleagues and informing you that as we held keys, we would need these to be in office hours and before 4.30pm, we were just awaiting booking an appointment convenient with you? With regard to rightmove and eight weeks, I do believe you have misunderstood what we were trying to say and indeed, you spoke to myself Sarah and I was not in any way unhelpful, nor dismissive, indeed asking you what device you were searching for properties on, as the two properties you had mentioned were both Sold and completed?  (Both Android and Apple devices don't show any under offer or sold flags on some phones/ipads). I even pointed you to our website to help.   I did explain that Rightmove indeed takes up to 8 weeks following completion of a sale, to remove their listing when a property is sold STC, this is something they do progressively - however ALL properties are advertised under offer or sold accordingly and Rightmove also provide a search facility to exclude properties under offer, if preferred.  I didn;t mention a property could remain 'for sale' for 8 weeks, in fact it was once a property had completed. I am sorry you feel the way you do and are genuinely disappointed at your one star review, given I was trying to be helpful yesterday in your search option and do think your review is rather harsh.
