Unfortunately during the CV19 restrictions our office has remained closed on a weekend from April 2020 until 1st June 2021 - for safety of our team (who often meet over 100 clients on viewing & valuations during a normal 5 day week) and to limit contact and footfall. The property you wanted to view came on the market on a Friday afternoon and followed with several viewings booked immediately for the weekend. Monday morning we received multiple offers and the Vendor happily accepted an offer he was more than happy with. She then requested to stand down any further viewings, which is often the case over the last 12 months - given most clients are still wary of the CV19 restrictions and don't always want to show many clients around their property. The property wasn't actually sold through social media (as we understand most clients don't use this) - it was adversied on our website and Rightmove and was sold this way.
