I asked this company to remove a “to let” board at least 3 times following the let being agreed. I was shouted at, hung up on and asked to “take it up with the owner”, despite it being a leap frog board. Following assurances of its removal it still wasn’t done. Not polite, rude and unhelpful. Will not be displaying boards on the grounds of our block again. Other companies used have been respectful to other owners.

Thank you for your review Angela, however I feel it's a great shame you felt so strongly about the immediate removal of a To Let board within a building you are the Secretary to and indeed, have not been one of our clients prior.
I would have liked the opportunity to clear this matter up myself & resolve your grievance, instead you have suggested I 'shouted and put the phone down on you' which as you know, is factually incorrect and very unfair. I couldn't explain to you as I wasn't allowed or able to get the chance to talk over you. Also with you not owning the property concerned, in line with GDPR and Data Protection, I was limited with information I could provide you with.
Being the secretary within a block of flats, you also informed us that you had made the decision that NO other agents boards were allowed to be erected in future, not just ourselves. You said all the rest of the flats were resident occupied, however we understand that at least another 2 are tenanted, one of which also had a To Let board up at the same time. So this was untrue.
Our client (the Landlord) requested a To Let board and has the right to do so having checked, as there is no clause saying otherwise. We only then heard from you asking to remove the board on the day the new occupant moved in. Since then you have threatened staff with abuse and false allegations. and having spoken to others, this is a common occurrence.
This review is unfortunately highly inaccurate and our Client confirms we have been very respectful and are more than happy to confirm this.
