Sarah presented a very positive view on Leapfrog’s progressive approach towards sales services. Sarah explained clearly the benefits of the new buyers guide standard - and this convinced us of our choice in Leapfrog. The house was marketed very well … a combination of the team’s and our own efforts & additions (features). Viewings were all very positive. The buyers guide is a new feature, and it’s intended transparency did unfortunately put a few buyers off (yes, this would be a part of a normal home survey) and needs to be better explained to buyers going forward. The one offer we received was aligned to expectations and we accepted, happily. When challenged by issues surrounding the sale, Sarah was rarely available, and on giving a commitment to call us back and then later to email the buyer directly on a particular issue, she (or the team) failed to do so or convince that this was done. Whilst Leapfrog are clearly presenting themselves as ‘breaking the mould’ which is very encouraging and should be celebrated. The whole service delivery is yet to meet the expectation. Sales are important, but so is broad based satisfaction.
